Common Questions

  • How long does it take for my dress to come in once I order?
    Depending on the designer, standard order times can take between 4-6 months. Most of our designers have rush options as well — so not to worry if your big day is quickly approaching!
  • What is the price range?
    Our prices range from $1050-$3100.
  • Do you do alterations in house?
    We do not currently do alterations in-house, but we can connect you with a very talented local seamstress!
  • Does it cost to book an apptointment?
    It is free to book your apptointment, but we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy that requires a card on file. Not to worry though, you won’t be charged the $75 cancellation fee as long as you attend your appt or cancel the appt with at least 24 hours notice!
  • Do you take walk-ins?
    No, Evermore is by-appt-only to ensure that each bride gets our full support and attention during her 90 minutes! Book your appointment here!
  • Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?
    Fill out the interview questionnaire in your email from Evermore to fill us in on all your wedding deets! Also, don’t forget to scroll through our instagram and screenshot a few styles you want to try on :)
  • What do I need to bring to my appointment?
    It’s a great idea to wear nude undergarments & bring anything that you already have and know you’ll be wearing with your dress (ex: specific shoes, jewelry, veil, etc)
  • How many guests can I bring?
    We allow our brides to bring up to 6 guests, unless you book the Evermore Experience appointment, then you are able to bring up to 8.
